Özet
Organizations are social and physical structures that aim to make individuals who form their own bodies achieve their common goals. Because of the social nature that organizations have, the definition and clarification of the powers and responsibilities of individual members of the organization, the determination of their relations with each other, the coordination and supervision of these relations are very important issues that concern the structure of the organization. Factors such as complexity, centralization, and level of formalism must be carefully handled and examined while organizations are being established or developed and the optimum structure should be established to achieve the organization's objectives. Along with that the concept of organizational cynicism has emerged as a frequently discussed concept in management literature in recent times. Organizational cynicism is the belief that individuals within the organization can not be organized in unity, negative emotions, and negative attitudes that consist of degrading or critical behavioral tendencies. Organizations may show cognitive behavior within the cognitive, behavioral or sensual context within the organization. The aim of this research is to determine whether there is a relationship between organizational structure of organizations and organizational cynicism and to determine which sub-dimensions of organizational structure and organizational cynicism are related to when this relationship is determined.
