| Özet |
| This research examines the relationship between digital leadership, remote work attitudes, innovative work behavior, and job performance within Türkiye’s banking sector in the post-pandemic period. Employing a cross-sectional design and a serial mediation model, the study explores whether the relationship between digital leadership and job performance is explained by employees’ attitudes toward remote work and their engagement in innovative behaviors. Data were collected from 266 employees and middle-level managers across five private banks in Türkiye. Analyses using Hayes’s Process Macro indicate that digital leadership is positively associated with job performance, both directly and indirectly, through its associations with remote work attitudes and innovative work behavior. This study explicitly centers on digital leadership as an emerging and evolving construct that, despite increasing scholarly attention, remains conceptually underdeveloped and in need of further empirical refinement. Our findings empirically validate and build upon existing digital leadership frameworks, highlighting specifically how digital leadership practices positively links to organizational outcomes. By maintaining this clear focus, we avoid conceptual ambiguity. Theoretical and practical implications are discussed. |
