| The paper considers the implementation of an algorithm for tracking multiple targets using a transputer system. The procedure used is based on a track splitting algorithm and requires the use of multiple Kalman filters. A particular scenario of four crossing targets has been studied from which the approach shows that significant speed improvements can be achieved by using parallel computations compared with a serial implementation. © 1989. |
