| Özet |
| Purpose--The purpose of the study is to examine the relationship between former employee re-recruitment policies and organizational justice perceptions. Aims (s)--It is aimed to examine the studies on hiring former employees, which are performance-oriented in the literature, in the dimension of organizational behaviour. Design/methodology/approach--The study includes a literature review followed by implementation. In the application, data was collected by questionnaire method and then analysed by statistical methods. The analysed data were then interpreted in line with the literature. Findings--As a result of the study, it was revealed that supporting the reemployment of the former employee by the organization resulted in the employee feeling himself/herself in a more just environment.
